Procedure
- The EN 9 HUB is Welded to EN8 Gear of the 25 T Crane.
- EN9 Hub welding was cracking initially.
- Then Annealing was done at 750°C by Induction Coil then welding was done.
- D.P. Test was done. Component is put in to service and working satisfactorily.
