Electrodes for Galvanising Baths

Electrodes for galvanising baths are specialised electrical components used in the galvanising process, a method of coating metal surfaces with a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion.  The electrodes play a crucial role in maintaining the temperature and maintaining a consistent current in the galvanising bath. They are placed in the bath, connecting the metal being coated to the electrical power source. As current flows through the electrodes, it heats up the zinc in the bath to the required temperature, allowing the zinc to melt and bond to the surface of the metal.
